Who are we?

Pontoka is a niche advisory firm with two complimentary specialisations - corporate sustainability and investments (both within private and public markets). These are the two worlds we understand the most and we thrive in finding intersections of value between the two.

One arm of our advisory works closely with managements of corporates and investment funds in strengthening their sustainability value proposition in a fashion that is bottom-line reflective. We also support LP’s with sustainability-related projects and their Indian market allocation strategies.

Our other arm facilitates capital formation for the some of the world’s best investment managers and unique private companies with an inherent sustainability DNA.
